Hello, I'm Lokesh. Thanks for visiting my site.
I’m a Product Designer with 4 years of experience building B2B SaaS products across HR Tech and Fintech. I enjoy working on complex workflows and turning them into simple, intuitive experiences that make people’s work easier.
I’ve worked across ATS, analytics, reporting, finance, and AI-powered products, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams from early exploration to implementation.
I also use AI tools as part of my everyday design process to explore ideas, check feasibility, brainstorm, and prototype faster.
I’m a CS graduate who started with an interest in building products and found my place in designing the experiences around them. I’m always curious to learn new things, try new tools, and meet people with different perspectives.

“I really enjoyed working with Lokesh at Keka, where we worked together on the Hire product.
Lokesh brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to his work, and I’ve always appreciated how invested he gets in the problems he’s solving. He takes ownership, asks really good questions, and isn’t afraid to challenge an idea or push the team to think harder about what we’re building and why.
I especially valued the curiosity he brought to our conversations. He genuinely wants to understand the problem better, explore different perspectives, and find ways to improve the experience rather than simply settling for the obvious solution.”
